Terms and Conditions "Buen Fin 2020 Coupon" These Terms and Conditions presented by Operadora PayPal de México, S. de R.L. de C.V. ("PayPal") will govern everything related to the organization, development, and use of the promotion called "Buen Fin 2020 Coupon" (hereinafter the "Promotion"). This Promotion will be valid from November 9, 2020, until November 20, 2020; or until an early termination notice is published, in accordance with what is described in the paragraphs below (hereinafter "Validity Period"). This Promotion is subject to availability and PayPal reserves the right to modify or cancel it at any time. The participation of any person in this Promotion implies the understanding and acceptance of the terms described herein, as well as the assumption of any obligation and commitment in this regard.

I. Eligibility: To participate in this Promotion and obtain the status of "Participant", the following requirements must be met: a) Have a PayPal account in Mexico, free of limitations or restrictions, in accordance with the terms of the "PayPal User Agreement" available at /webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full. b) Be of legal age as of the date of the Promotion. c) To participate in the Promotion, the Participant must make at least one interest-free monthly installment purchase with PayPal within the Promotion's Validity Period at any merchant that offers interest-free monthly installments with PayPal. D) Comply with the mechanics, requirements, and conditions contained herein. Any participation that violates these terms or is outside the Validity Period will not be considered part of this Promotion and will be excluded from any benefit that may be obtained as a result thereof. II. Mechanics, Benefits, and Promotions: 1. Participation Mechanics The Participant who meets the eligibility requirements mentioned above will receive an email at the address provided in their PayPal account no later than November 26, 2020.

The email will contain a coupon that the Participant must save in their PayPal account.

The coupon amount will depend on the number of interest-free monthly installment purchases made with PayPal during the Promotion period according to the following table: • A $200 MXN coupon for making one interest-free monthly installment purchase at any merchant with PayPal during the Promotion period. The number of coupons will be limited to 20,500 coupons. • A $300 MXN coupon for making two interest-free monthly installment purchases at any merchant with PayPal during the Promotion period. The number of coupons will be limited to 10,000 coupons. • A $400 MXN coupon for making three or more interest-free monthly installment purchases at any merchant with PayPal during the Promotion period. The number of coupons will be limited to 5,700 coupons.

Once saved, the coupon can be redeemed in a transaction at any business or applied to a donation to any charitable institution that accepts payments or donations with PayPal in Mexican pesos. The coupon, to be applied, has no minimum purchase limit. The coupon is valid for 15 days from the date of receiving the email containing the coupon.

The coupon cannot be transferred, withdrawn, or converted into another discount, product, or service. The coupon can only be used when the Participant pays at a merchant that accepts PayPal payments and accepts the currency specified on the coupon. Limited to one (1) coupon per user, and the maximum amount that a PayPal account holder in Mexico can receive is $400 MXN. The offer may not be eligible on certain merchant sites; certain exclusions apply. If a refund occurs, any vouchers already used in the corresponding purchase will automatically expire. The offer is not valid on orders not paid with PayPal. Technical factors such as browser cache, internet speed, and order placement time may affect the discount. III. Other Conditions and Limitations of Liability. PayPal reserves the right to modify, partially or totally, the Terms and Conditions, as well as to cancel it in advance at its sole discretion, through a modification notice or early termination published through the same channels in which these terms and conditions are disclosed. Likewise, PayPal reserves the right to exclude any Participant or cancel their Participation at any time, if, in its judgment, they have breached these terms and conditions; or have contravened the purposes and principles of the promotion, have violated PayPal's corporate values, have undermined PayPal's good image and commercial reputation, its brands, products and services or; have in any way violated its employees, managers, agents, officers, representatives, collaborators and clients. Similarly, PayPal reserves the right to exclude any Participant when, in PayPal's opinion, they have carried out or attempted to carry out acts whose objective is the illegitimate exploitation of the promotion including, but not limited to, "hacking," "promotion hunting," identity theft, creation of false accounts, or any other fraudulent or illegal conduct committed by Participants by virtue of their exploitation of this Promotion. Participants accept and acknowledge that PayPal Services, in addition to what is described herein, are subject to the terms, conditions, prices, and fees described in the PayPal User Agreement. PayPal will not be responsible in case of non-compliance with the terms of the promotion due to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure reasons; if applicable, PayPal will make, without specific guarantee, its best efforts to comply in a timely manner with the benefits offered in this Promotion. PayPal is not responsible for any failure to comply with the terms of the promotion due to falsity or inaccuracy in the information provided by any Participant. PayPal will not be responsible for any expense incurred by Participants to take advantage of the promotion, including expenses for electricity consumption, internet service provision, travel expenses, and any other. PayPal will not collect any additional personal information for reasons related to the promotion; however, we remind you that your personal information is protected in accordance with PayPal's Privacy Policy available at /webapps/mpp/ua/privacy-full?locale.x=es_MX.
