Nuve has no involvement in the Privacy Notice of Shopify, Inc., its affiliates or subsidiaries, therefore Nuve adheres to the Privacy Notice mentioned herein.

Nuve may transfer your personal data in its possession to third parties subcontracted or related to its operation, who are Nuve suppliers and who will in all cases be subject to the purposes and other conditions regarding the processing of personal data established in this Privacy Notice.

Nuve safeguards your personal data under the strictest security standards. Your personal data will be stored on its own hardware, as well as third-party outsourced software. In all cases, said provider must have the same confidentiality standards granted in this Privacy Notice.

You have the right to know what personal data we have about you and to exercise the rights granted by applicable legislation, as follows:
