For us, it is very important that your order arrives as soon as possible, but even more important that when you receive it, it meets or exceeds your expectations, that it is of the best quality, and that the artisanal process it undergoes is done with all the dedication and care with which we always work.

In-stock products.
The product will be shipped within 2 to 6 business days (depending on the product and its embroidery process), but the shipping time will depend on your location. We work with external logistics services that normally deliver products within 2 to 5 business days. At the time of shipment, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track the delivery.
How do I know if the product I want is in stock?
We try to have many pieces of our standard products (products without personalization and without gold plating), but we recommend that if you need your order by a specific date or are in a hurry, you write to us first via WhatsApp (there is a button always visible in the store), or through any of our contact methods.
Out-of-stock, personalized, pre-sale, and/or gold-plated products.
The product may be in the production phase for up to 20 business days. Shipping time will depend on your location. We work with external logistics services that normally deliver products within 2 to 5 business days. At the time of shipment, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track the delivery.
