Nope. We secure the embroidery knot-free with our own technique — there are pieces out there with over 7 years of original stitching still going strong. If it ever does come undone, you’ve got a lifetime warranty on the thread: send it back and we’ll re-embroider it for free, you just cover shipping.

It’s totally normal for it to change a bit over time — it depends on your skin, the environment, and how you store it. To us, that’s part of the magic: every piece becomes one-of-a-kind with wear.

Tips to make it last:

• Keep it away from perfume, lotion, water, and chemicals.
• Store it dry and clean it before and after wearing (you’ll get a little pouch and cloth with your order).
• Don’t store it next to other metals.

The 45 cm chain actually has 2 clasp points — 40 and 45 cm — so you can adjust the length. If the standard sizes still feel tight, we’d recommend the 60 cm one, or just message us and we’ll happily make it to your exact size (the price depends on the final length, so we’ll quote you first).

We ship with Estafeta’s fastest service (24 hrs) — they’re usually right on time, though since it’s an outside carrier we can’t guarantee the exact delivery moment. As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking info.

You’ve got 5 calendar days after delivery to report any manufacturing defect. If you report something within that window, we’ll send you a free return label and get you a new one in perfect condition.
